This new addition to Zonda's portfolio will fully integrate with Livabl, its comprehensive new home construction listings site, and further enhance its commitment to becoming a leading residential real estate technology provider focused on the new home market.

The acquisition of UTour expands Zonda's data capabilities alongside its previous acquisitions of Livabl and Zonda Virtual. It continues Zonda's efforts to create the best customer journey for buying a new home.

UTour represents the industry's most robust on-demand self-tour solution, making it easy for home shoppers to enjoy interactive, self-guided tours of new homes on their schedule, even early mornings or late evenings. UTour, founded in 2018, grew from a collaboration between a leading residential real estate marketing agency and a forward-thinking homebuilder client.
