MidOcean Partners worked with management to refocus the Company on its core businesses and help it exit non-strategic businesses. In addition, MidOcean Partners worked with management to instill greater discipline to the Company, resulting in more efficient and streamlined operations and stronger cash generation. This enabled the Company to introduce several product line extensions. MidOcean exited Jostens in 2003.
