Robert Rivenburgh currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Rob is the former Global CEO of Mars United Commerce, where he spent 23 years building and scaling one of the world’s largest independent commerce marketing agencies. During his tenure, he led the company through significant organic growth and two successful transactions: a recapitalization with Mountaingate Capital in 2021 and the company’s sale to Publicis Groupe in 2024. Prior to Mars, Rob spent 17 years at Nestlé USA and Diageo in brand management, field sales and channel strategy. His combined brand-side and agency leadership gives him a distinctive understanding of how consumer products companies make investment decisions, allocate commerce and shopper marketing budgets, and evaluate agency, media and technology partners. Rob also co-founded and served on the board of Collective Bias, helping guide the company through its formative growth, a minority private equity investment and a successful exit. Rob currently serves on the boards of GSTV, Retail Sports Marketing and EnsembleIQ. He also serves as an advisor and mentor to emerging consumer brands through SKU, a leading consumer products accelerator.
