Vincent (Jim) Scarfone currently serves as MidOcean’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Executive Vice President, Human Resources for KIND Healthy Snacks.
Jim’s interests outside of work include cooking and all things food related, hockey, and listening to music.
