Hugh Charvat currently serves as an Operating Partner on the Private Equity Investment Team. Hugh has more than 30 years of experience across the automotive, power sports, and heavy-duty related industries. As a global operator, Hugh has been the CEO of multiple companies and brings significant expertise in strategic and commercial innovation, M&A, R&D, and consumer and B2B marketing. Hugh most recently served as President & CEO of the Motorsports Aftermarket Group, and has held a number of leadership roles with APC Automotive Technologies, AP Emission Technologies, Schrader International, and FleetPride, Inc.
