NEW YORK, NY – April 5, 2021 – MidOcean Partners, a premier alternative asset manager specializing in middle market private equity and alternative credit investments, announced today the addition of Leslie Tanca and Tim Percarpio to the Firm’s Investor Relations team. Both Ms. Tanca, who joined as a Vice President, and Mr. Percarpio, who joined as a Managing Director and the Head of Investor Relations, will work across the private equity and credit businesses, supporting MidOcean’s fundraising and client service efforts.

Ms. Tanca, who has worked for MidOcean on a consulting basis since 2020, was previously a Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Trust Partners, a placement and advisory firm focused on alternative investments, where she focused primarily on the firm’s project management efforts. Previously, Ms. Tanca held roles at Portfolio Advisors, where she was responsible for business development and client service across the firm’s suite of private markets products, as well as Siguler Guff & Company, where she supported marketing and investor relations activities for various private equity strategies.
As the Head of Investor Relations at MidOcean, Mr. Percarpio will be responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s private equity and credit marketing activities. He joins MidOcean from Contrarian Capital, a distressed private credit and real estate manager, where he served as the Head of Marketing for twelve years. Prior to Contrarian, Mr. Percarpio was Director of Marketing at JD Capital, a multi-strategy and volatility trading hedge fund, and a Principal at Vanguard, where he spent eleven years serving in a number of institutional marketing and business leadership capacities.
