Co-Founder of Bona Fide Beauty Lab, Pamela Baxter has held numerous leadership roles in the beauty industry. Most recently, Ms. Baxter held a dual role at LVMH, first heading LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics for North America and afterward as President and CEO for Dior Couture in North America and Mexico. She also ran Givenchy, Guerlain, Aqua di Parma and the FRESH business. Prior to LVMH, Ms. Baxter worked with Estée Lauder Companies where she served at the President of the Specialty Group. She negotiated and signed the first license agreement for the Lauder group with Tommy Hilfiger; led the acquisition of Jo Malone and launched the now globally renowned fragrance brand in North America; and led the development of Crème de la Mer, a luxury skincare product line now sold in 30+ countries and is a top-ranking brand at prestige retailers worldwide. Additionally, she ran Prescriptives and the Kate Spade Beauty business.
Currently, Ms. Baxter mentors female entrepreneurs as part of the Sephora Accelerate Program that identifies and nurtures young beauty entrepreneurs, and the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), an early-stage seed fund and technology accelerator where participants enter an intensive four-month program during the early-stages of their company.
