Tyler Zachem is a Partner at MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr. Zachem was a Managing Director
at DB Capital Partners and was responsible for the firm's investment strategy in the telecommunications and media sectors.
Previously, Mr. Zachem served as a Partner at McCown De Leeuw & Co., where he was responsible for originating, evaluating, and
processing leveraged buyout transactions for a $1.4B private equity fund. Earlier, he served in investment banking with
McDonald & Company in Cleveland and as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Zachem received his M.B.A. from
Harvard Business School where he was awarded first year honors and his B.A. magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester.
