Mr. Yap is an Associate at MidOcean Partners.
Immediately prior to his current position, Mr. Yap worked at UBS Investment Bank in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to UBS
Investment Bank, he served in a similar capacity in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lazard Frères where he focused on transactions
in the industrials and consumer sectors. Mr. Yap graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University, where he majored in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences.
