Rob Sharp is a Partner of MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr. Sharp was a Managing Director
at DB Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Sharp was a Principal at Investcorp International Inc., a leading corporate
investment group. Earlier, he served as a Vice President at BT Securities, specializing in bank lending and high yield and
equity underwriting, as a Executive Vice President at Remsen Partners Ltd., a private investment firm, and as an associate
in the mergers and acquisitions group at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Sharp received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School,
where he was a Samuel Bronfman Fellow, and his B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Union College.
