Frank Schiff is a Partner of MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr. Schiff was a Managing Director at
DB Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Schiff was a Partner at White & Case LLP, where he was head of the corporate department
and represented parties in major corporate transactions and financings, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts
and public and private securities offerings. Mr. Schiff received his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School and his B.S.,
magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado. Mr. Schiff
is a member of the New York State Bar.
