Mr. Rachwalski is an Associate at MidOcean Partners. Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Rachwalski
worked at Lehman Brothers in the Global Industrial Group, where he focused on transactions in the aerospace
and defense sectors. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Rachwalski was a Consultant at The Monitor Group, focusing
on corporate strategy projects for clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Rachwalski received a B.S. in Engineering
from Brown University.
