Mr. McGrane is a Partner at MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr. McGrane was
a Vice President at DB Capital Partners. Prior to joining DB Capital Partners' predecessor BT Capital
Partners in 1997, Mr. McGrane was Director of Business Development at Imax Corporation, the large screen
entertainment company. Mr. McGrane also has experience as a consultant at Bain & Company and a financial
analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated in the media & entertainment group. Mr. McGrane graduated
from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and has a BSC (honors) from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
