Ms. Hodges is Chief Operating Officer and Partner of MidOcean Partners. Prior to her current position, Ms. Hodges was Chief Operating Officer of DB Capital Partners and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Deutsche Bank's global private equity businesses. Prior to becoming COO in 2000, she was instrumental in building the firm's Fund-of-Funds business and was involved in all aspects of the business including structuring, marketing, investment management and due diligence. Prior to joining DB Capital Partners, Ms. Hodges was responsible for structuring high yield products and for conducting buy-side credit research in the retail, healthcare and consumer product sectors for the Capital Management Group at Bankers Trust. Ms. Hodges received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her B.A. from Princeton University.
