Mr. Gilmer is an Associate at MidOcean Partners. Since joining MidOcean in 2004, Mr. Gilmer has been involved in the execution of MidOcean’s
investments in OneLink Communications, Thompson Publishing Group and Penton Media. Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Gilmer worked at Lehman Brothers
in the M&A and Leveraged Finance groups. Mr. Gilmer received a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College. He also studied at Oxford University.
