Mr. Domanski is an Associate at MidOcean Partners. Since joining MidOcean in 2004, he has been
involved in MidOcean's investments in Vitaquest International, Sbarro, totes»Isotoner and
Bushnell Outdoor Products. Immediately prior to his current position, Mr. Domanski worked at
Deutsche Bank Securities in the Leveraged Finance Group where he focused on financial sponsor
acquisitions and leveraged financing transactions in a variety of industries. Prior to Deutsche Bank,
he served in a similar capacity in the Leveraged Finance Group of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.
Mr. Domanski graduated with honors from Harvard College, where he concentrated in Economics.
