Mr. Cummins is a Partner of MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr. Cummins was European Chief Operating Officer of DB Capital Partners and was responsible for overseeing all legal, financial and administrative operations in the European business of DB Capital Partners. Prior to joining DB Capital Partners in 2000, Mr. Cummins served as company secretary of UK investment bank, Morgan Grenfell & Co, part of the Deutsche Bank Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Cummins spent nine years in the UK law firm, Taylor Joynson Garrett, where he headed up the corporate secretariat practice. Mr. Cummins studied Political Science at Arizona State University and is a qualified chartered secretary of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and a member of the UK Securities Institute.
