Mr. Billings is a Principal at MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr. Billings
was a Senior Associate at DB Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Billings was an Associate Director
in the corporate finance department of UBS Warburg where he worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions
and capital raising assignments for companies primarily focused in the communications sector. Mr. Billings
was also an Analyst in the corporate finance department of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
He earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
