Mr. Augustin is an Associate at MidOcean Partners. Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Augustin worked
at J.P. Morgan in the M&A and Leveraged Finance Group, focusing on financial sponsor acquisitions
and leveraged financing transactions. Whilst at J.P. Morgan, he worked on a number of transactions
in the consumer, telecommunications and media, business services and industrial sectors across Europe.
Mr. Augustin studied in Paris, Oxford and Berlin at ESCP-EAP, European School of Management, where
he received a Master of Science in Management, a Diplôme de Grande Ecole and a Diplom-Kaufmann.
